1. First Have VLC, this was writen using VLC 0.9.9


2. GO on the site under the feed you want to watch and click on IP Exception


3. Click Update Exception


4. Copy the URL in the Direct Link box (short cut is: hold ctrl push c when its high lighted)


5. Click "Media" then "Open Network"


6. Paste the copied Link in the address box and click Play (paste shortcu, hold ctrl and push v)
Note: tested with http, mms and rstp. all 3 work.


7. It will connect and start playing after 4-5 seconds.


Ending Note: IF you can't figure out how to do it with this, then you need to go to the garage
and get a nice big hammer, and bash yourself in the head. I can't make it any more simple then this
